A 5% cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations made 20 or more business days before the camp's start date. Families will receive a 95% refund if they cancel more than 20 days prior to the commencement of the camp session. This timeframe enables our team to promptly offer the slot to the next family on the waitlist, ensure adequate staffing, and coordinate camp materials for each camper. Refunds will not be issued without this required notice.
